Team Members
Managing Consultant
Anthony Bertolotti, EA, MAAA, FCA
Anthony Bertolotti, EA, MAAA, FCA is one of KBA74’s Managing Consultants in its multiemployer pension actuarial practice. His clients include Retail Food Workers, Steamfitters, Plumbers, Long-Haul and Short-Haul Truckers, Longshoremen, and Electrical Workers. His role allows him to use his analytical and communication skills to assist Trustees and Fund Professionals in designing and sustaining pension funds for generations of laborers. Anthony is an Enrolled Actuary who graduated from Rutgers University with a dual major in Music and Mathematics. With nearly 20 years of experience in the pension world, Anthony has had many opportunities to speak at the Enrolled Actuaries Conference and interact with local labor leaders and employers alike.
Whether it’s through attending client meetings, engaging with industry professionals at conferences, or preparing thought-provoking and informative presentations, Anthony passionately educates his clients about the various risks their pension funds face, and how to navigate those risks amid growing uncertainty. When not working, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and hiking the many great trails of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Financial Services Manager
Christine Bott, CPA
Christine Bott is KBA74’s Financial Services Manager, responsible for overseeing financial operations and internal controls across client engagements. With a strategic focus on regulatory compliance and organizational growth, Christine brings deep expertise in financial oversight and advisory services with over 25 years of experience in the labor and employee benefits industry. Christine previously served as CFO of IBEW Local 98 and as a Partner at Novak Francella. Her career highlights include implementing robust internal controls, leading financial reporting during regulatory scrutiny, negotiating member contract allocations, and enhancing pension accruals. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania.
Born and raised in a family of union labor leaders, Christine is passionate about serving the labor community and giving back to the industry that shaped her values. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time cheering on her son at track meets and summer weekends with her family on the beach in Wildwood Crest.
Rating and Enrollment Team Lead
Zachary Braddock
Zach Braddock is KBA74’s Rating & Enrollment Unit Lead, who handles benefits enrollment and eligibility determinations for Acme Markets participants and oversees the Rating & Enrollment Department. He specializes in benefits analysis and is passionate about assisting participants with their enrollment needs. He has five years of experience in enrollment coordination. He holds a BA in History from the University of Pittsburgh.
When not working, he enjoys reading, historical research, and travelling.
Director of Operations
Tish Burkholz, PHR, SHRM-CP
Tish Burkholz is KBA74’s Director of Operations, who handles our retirement and savings, rating and enrollment, claims, and general office operations. She specializes in multi-employer, collectively bargained pension, retirement, and health and welfare plans and is passionate about providing for participants with high-quality service. With nearly 30 years of experience in Human Resources, she has received professional recognition as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resources Management and has completed courses towards the designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She holds an Associates Degree in Business Management.
When not working, Tish enjoys fitness, family, and travel.
Managing Consultant
Lisa Coates
Lisa is a Managing Consultant for Keystone 74 Benefits and Administration. Lisa holds the Enrolled Actuary (EA), Fellow of Consulting Actuaries (FCA), Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) and Member, Society of Pension Actuaries (MSPA) designations. Lisa’s career in the pension consulting field spans over 35 years and she has worked exclusively in providing actuarial services to Taft-Hartley funds for the past 25. She specializes in funding, administration, and plan design consulting for defined benefit pension plans and has prior health and welfare fund experience as well. Prior to joining KBA74, Lisa worked as a consulting actuary for a multiemployer actuarial and benefits consulting firm and as an assistant vice president for a national consulting firm, completing annual actuarial valuations and PPA certifications, providing funding projections and forecasting models, preparing regulatory and government filings as well as accounting disclosures for corporate sponsored plans. Lisa received a B.S. degree in Actuarial Science from St. John’s University and a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from Fox School of Business, Temple University.
Lisa treasures family time with her husband and their recently married daughter and son-in-law. She is drawn to outdoor adventure, especially biking, kayaking, and soaking in the beauty of the Jersey Shore where she resides. Her favorite pursuit is traveling, with a particular fondness for our U.S. National Parks.

Tom Graham
Tom Graham is one of KBA74’s Managing Consultants, who is involved in all aspects of multiemployer pension plan consulting. He is an actuary specializing in liability determinations and projections. With over 35 years of actuarial experience, he is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary. He holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Swarthmore College.
When not working, he enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, and spending time with his family.

Claims Unit Lead
Alexis Krystal Jones
Alexis Krystal Jones is KBA74’s Claims Unit Lead, who handles our daily claims operations. With 25 years in the UFCW Local 1776, she has extensive experience in business administration for Taft-Hartley multi-employer self-funded large group plans. She holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Management & Human Resources, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.B.A.) in Business Administration in Organizational Development, and a Certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies.
When not working, she enjoys helping others, roller skating & painting.
Managing Consultant
Rob Marcella, EA, FCA
Rob Marcella, EA, FCA is one of KBA74’s Managing Consultants who provides expert guidance on defined benefit multiemployer pension plans with a focus on plan design, compliance, and long-term funding strategies. He specializes in simplifying complex actuarial issues for Boards of Trustees and is passionate about helping plans navigate legacy challenges and secure sustainable futures. With over 20 years of experience in the retirement industry, Rob has built a reputation for precision, responsiveness, and trusted client relationships. His proudest accomplishment is helping two severely underfunded plans secure Special Financial Assistance to protect participant benefits. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics from The College of New Jersey and is both an Enrolled Actuary and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries.
When not working, Rob enjoys spending time with his three young kids and staying active with family activities that keep him busy throughout the year.​
Accounting Manager
Raynell McNamee
With 16 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations management, Raynell McNamee brings a wealth of expertise to the role of Accounting Manager. Throughout a career spanning multiple industries, Raynell has developed a strong foundation in forensic accounting, organizational behavior, and strategic leadership. Known for critical thinking and problem-solving, Raynell has successfully guided teams through complex financial challenges and process improvements. One of Raynell’s most significant achievements includes leading a comprehensive financial process overhaul that streamlined operations, enhanced compliance, and delivered measurable efficiency gains. Raynell also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and is currently working to obtain her Master’s.
Raised in a proud union family, Raynell holds the values of fairness and advocacy close to heart, remaining deeply committed to causes that support workers and ethical business practices. Outside of work, Raynell spending time with her family, going to concerts, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.
Remittance Specialist
Amy Morris
Amy Morris is KBA74’s Remittance Specialist and team leader, overseeing the billing and collecting of health and welfare contributions. She specializes in contract implementations, reconciliations, and employer relations and is passionate about efficient and accurate billing. With over 20 years of experience in the accounts receivable business, she has implemented improvements in receivable policy and procedures in several industry settings. She holds a MS in Forensic Accounting from SNHU.
When not working, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and skillfully solving puzzles. She also manages her son who is an up-and-coming musician, supporting his dream.
Pension Manager
Eli Murphy
Elianet Murphy is KBA74’s Pension Manager, who oversees the administration and compliance of pension benefits for participants and retirees. She specializes in benefit processing, calculations, plan compliance, and member relations, ensuring accuracy and timely service delivery. Elianet is passionate about helping participants understand and secure their retirement benefits. With over 21 years of experience in pension and employee benefits administration, she has successfully implemented process improvements that enhanced efficiency and accuracy in pension operations.
When not working, she enjoys watching football, traveling, and spending time with her family.
IT Manager
Julian Terzini
Julian Terzini is KBA74’s IT Manager, responsible for our IT infrastructure, data security, and systems integration. He brings deep expertise in Taft-Hartley benefits administration software and is committed to optimizing workflows and improving processes. With over six years of experience in SaaS solutions for multi-employer benefit funds, Julian has helped numerous fund offices implement and maintain best-in-class technology to ensure reliability and compliance.
Outside of work, Julian enjoys music, gaming, fitness, and exploring fantasy novels.
Consultant
Kayci Tunnell
Kayci Tunnell is a Consultant with KBA74’s Actuarial Practice, where she supports a wide range of actuarial functions for multiemployer pension plans. She specializes in actuarial reporting, regulatory compliance, and complex benefit calculations, and is passionate about ensuring accuracy and consistency in actuarial deliverables. With 9 years of experience, she brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to complex actuarial work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Stockton University.
When not working, she enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family.

Carolyn Urban
Carolyn Urban is an Actuarial Consultant at KBA74, where she is responsible for managing valuation and data processes for multiemployer pension plans. She specializes in benefit calculations, data analysis, and regulatory reporting, with a strong emphasis on improving efficiency and accuracy in actuarial workflows.
With nearly 10 years of experience in the field, Carolyn has contributed to the effective management of complex pension plans and provided reliable support across a range of actuarial projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from Elizabethtown College and is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA). Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys baking, crocheting, and spending time with her family.
Business Analyst
Tim Wolfe
Tim Wolfe is a Business Analyst at KBA74, who handles day-to-day benefits administration for multiple Health and Welfare and other Funds/Plans. He specializes in communications, open enrollment, project management, data analysis, and appeals processing. He serves as point of contact for various providers, vendors, and plan professionals in executing contract negotiations and implementing new business relationships, benefit offerings, and wellness programs. Tim is passionate about providing participant-centered solutions which enhance the awareness, understanding, and utilization of the Fund’s rich healthcare benefits. With over 6 years of experience in benefits administration, he has helped implement specialized programs for navigating cancer treatment, managing diabetes, and finding fertility care. He also facilitated the Plan’s Biometric Screening Program which enables enrollment in the highest level of medical coverage. Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware, and a Master’s degree in Media Studies and Production from Temple University.
When not working, he enjoys playing soccer and pickleball, going to concerts and sporting events, and staying active in his community in Manayunk, PA.
