After more than 20 years of working together and leading one of the nation's premier multiemployer consulting practices, Joseph Hicks and Bryan McCormick established KBA74 to create an organization dedicated exclusively to the multiemployer community.

 

We understand that our strength begins with our people. With more than 50 professionals, KBA74 brings together actuaries, consultants, and administrators who have spent their careers serving multiemployer pension and health plans. The relationships we have developed with trustees, labor representatives, employers, and industry professionals are built on trust, responsiveness, and results. The trust placed in our team has been evident throughout our journey. We successfully transitioned our actuarial practice and have continued to grow by welcoming new clients who value our expertise, responsiveness, and industry knowledge.

The "74" in KBA74 is a tribute to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), the landmark legislation that established critical protections for participants in retirement and health benefit plans.
